In-season rates, May through Mid-October, are $95.00 - $175.00 plus tax. Off-season rates, Mid-October through April are discounted.. Visa and MasterCard are accepted, but all credit card transactions will include a $10 surcharge.
					All rooms must be paid in full at time of booking. If there is a cancellation for any reason, we will make every effort to re-rent the room. If successful, we'll refund 50% of the prepaid room charge.
